You've probably watched a paint job give out years before it should have, peeling on the sunny wall while the shady side still looks fine, and nobody wants to pay for that twice. A name you recognize on the can is no promise on its own. Every big manufacturer makes several different lines, and which one goes on your house changes how long it holds up.
We put premium coatings on every project. But good paint can still only do so much when the prep underneath it gets rushed.
Most of how a paint job ages is settled before the first coat, during the washing, sanding, priming, masking and little repairs nobody sees. All of that ends up hidden under the finish, which is exactly why it's easy to skip and tempting to hurry. On your house we give it the time it takes.
